My Client-First Philosophy

Hello and thanks again for stopping by! First things first, my philosophy is that the most important part of my business is YOU.  As a Lancaster Realtor, I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first.   The reason I help more people buy and sell homes than my competitors is my service. It starts with being accessible, unless I am busy helping someone else, any day of the week between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, if you call me I usually answer the phone!  If you miss me and have to leave a message, I always return phone calls as quickly as possible, many times within one hour or less.  I believe excellent service brings results, so I make every possible effort to respond quickly to your needs!

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.  I feel that there are are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. 

I specialize in the sale of residential real estate, simply put, Homes in Lancaster County. All shapes, sizes, locations, and prices.  You can contact me about anything to do with residential real estate, from selling to buying, mortgages, home maintenance, taxes, government, anything at all!  If I don't have the answer, I will get it for you!

Alright, we get all of that, but who are you? Why should I use your services?

That question is an easy one to answer, if a little long.  I am a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, my family has been here for generations.  I am a professional Realtor, which means I subscribe to a Code of Ethics and Standards beyond the average agent.   I am a licensed Associate Broker, which means I have earned a standard of excellence and skill that the State of Pennsylvania judges above that of a standard salesperson, with specific specialized criteria and standards I must meet to maintain this status.  As a Sales Manager, I have a team of professionals who are always available to help me meet your needs quickly and efficiently.  I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and an e-Pro, which means I have fulfilled specialized criteria and training that allows me to better meet the needs of buyers and by doing so helps me achieve faster sales for sellers.

I am not high pressure. My business ties me strongly to my clients and my goal is to continue to extend to you a level of service and attention that is not dependant on whether you are ready to sell or buy a home. I believe in earning your trust and your business. When it comes time to help you make a move, I will guarantee all of my services in writing and if you aren't happy, I will do what it takes to make it right or you will be released from any contract you have with me (this does not apply to contracts you have with any sellers or buyers you contracted with through me, only to me and my services). Even if you won't like the answer, I will always be truthful to you. I am good at what I do, which is provide excellent service.  I appreciate the opportunity to serve you.  I will be here next week, next month, next year and long after that, so you know you can always contact me for fast, easy answers without a sales pitch.
