Time and time again I’ve heard home buyers tell me that pictures are the most important part of an online listing. I love the fact that today’s technology allows me to take that one step further and do videos! Why video?
Well, pictures show you just that, pictures. And only pictures. There’s no flow, no connection, no ability to bring in “context”. Video tours allow me to walk you through the home just like you were there in person. It’s like your very own personalized Open House, on your schedule!
One of the ways I utilize video is doing live, on the spot tours on Facebook, leveraging the world of social media to spread the word about your home for sale! Another is youtube and hosting the video on a property specific url on my other site to maximize search engine traffic for your address. When we get together in person I’ll tell you all about it and how it works!

(PS – the videos you see there aren’t all of them, some buyers request I take the videos down post closing for privacy reasons, so the inventory of videos changes around as per the preferences of the owners! and well to be honest, sometimes the home sell so fast in this market the permanent video isn’t ready by the time it goes under contract!)
