Well, pictures show you just that, pictures. And only pictures. There’s no flow, no connection, no ability to bring in “context”. Video tours allow me to walk you through the home just like you were there in person. It’s like your very own personalized Open House, on your schedule!
One of the ways I utilize video is doing live, on the spot tours on Facebook, leveraging the world of social media to spread the word about your home for sale! Another is youtube and hosting the video on a property specific url on my other site to maximize search engine traffic for your address. Why? Because potential home buyers love them and they’re convenient for people’s busy lives.
While pictures help home buyers decide which homes to visit, they’re no substitute for walking through the home.

Open houses are a great way to find your next home, but casually shopping on your own isn’t the only way to find your next home and not every home buyer is available to view homes while they’re open.
