The simplest way to deal with pet odors is to make sure the problem stops. Fido might have an accident and if you clean it up it won’t be an issue. Repeated accidents however are and as a seller you need to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure your beloved family pet isn’t derailing the sale. Clean up the accident right away, crate train your pet or confine them to one area so they aren’t having accidents all over the home, scoop the kitty box multiple times, you get the idea. Most pet odor problems are easily addressed by simple, daily, household cleaning!
